Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

New Zealand:

We normally ship the day or the day after an order is received. We ship with Post Haste and provide tracking numbers via email once the item is shipped. All items should arrive within 2-5 working days of being ordered. Unfortunately we can not courier to a PO Box, please provide a physical address only.

RETURNS

No questions asked refund policy. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Shipping on Returns -

To return your product please get in touch for the address to send it to.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
